A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating medley of bodywork techniques, including: Lymphatic Drainage Massage to cleanse and detoxify, Shiatsu pressure points to awaken flow, Swedish Massage for deeper muscle work, Reflexology to stimulate and bring healing through the feet, and Reiki to help balance and harmonize your energy.

 

Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki-based light-touch healing, helping to open up and re-balance the 7 main Chakras (energy centres) in the body. Each Reiki position at the major joints and Chakras helps to release blocked, frozen, and constricted energy so that everything can flow freely. Re-connect with your Essence, and surrender to deep healing for body, mind, heart, and soul.

 

Holistic Coaching

I am available for both in-person and online coaching sessions for individuals and couples. Be compassionately heard, supported, and guided through a medley of holistic psychotherapy and life coaching techniques. Bring loving awareness to current challenges, and transform those obstacles into life lessons and soulful blessings.

 

Integrative Healing

This 90 minute session is a unique combination of Healing Flow Massage, Reiki Energy Healing, and Holistic Coaching. Let your body relax, your energies flow, and be supported in gaining greater awareness and empowerment in relation to your current life struggle, which is actually your soul growth/healing lesson in disguise.
